Cancellation & Inclement Weather Policy
A non-refundable $100 booking deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve the event date and is applied toward the total rental balance.
Bounce N Beyond Rentals, LLC reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any reservation due to unsafe or severe weather conditions, including but not limited to heavy rain, thunderstorms or lightning, temperatures below 32°F, or sustained winds exceeding 20 MPH, in order to protect customers, staff, and equipment. If a reservation is canceled by Bounce N Beyond Rentals, LLC due to weather, the deposit may be applied to a future available date.
Customer-initiated cancellations made seven (7) days or more prior to the scheduled rental date may have the deposit applied toward a future booking. Cancellations made less than seven (7) days prior to the rental date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Weather determinations are made the day of the rental or the evening prior, based on current conditions and forecast accuracy. If delivery is attempted and setup cannot be safely completed due to weather conditions upon arrival, the remaining rental balance remains due.
If inflatables are delivered and weather conditions deteriorate during the rental period, the customer agrees to immediately power off and unplug the equipment. No refunds will be issued due to weather after delivery.
Once inflatable(s) leave the company facility, the entire rental balance is non-refundable, regardless of weather conditions, event cancellation, or early termination.
Bounce N Beyond Rentals, LLC reserves the right to address all reservations on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Policy
A non-refundable $100 booking deposit is required to reserve the rental date and is applied toward the total rental balance. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. In the event of inclement weather or customer cancellation, the deposit may be applied to a future available date or forfeited.
If the full rental balance has been paid and the event is canceled, any refund issued will be less the $100 deposit.
The remaining balance is due no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to delivery and must be paid before setup begins. Rentals with an outstanding balance after this deadline may be canceled without refund of the deposit.
All payments must be made online through the invoice system or by direct contact. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and checks.
